Terms of Service
Wholesale customers must purchase minimums of a style in order to obtain the wholesale prices.
- Minimum opening order requirement at US$300.00. Minimum re-order requirement at US$150.00
- Valid "Sales & Use Tax ID" is required to order. Please fax it to us at 888.311.8889.
- Sample package is available. Shipping and Handling US$10.00.
Payments
We accept Credit Card(Visa & MasterCard), PayPal, Money Order/Cashiers Check and Wire Transfers. For United States customers, business checks accepted and will be processed and cleared prior to shipping. Credit terms are available on established and approved accounts only. Shipping and Handling
All prices are FOB City of Industry, California and do not include shipping. Shipping is added onto each invoice. Delivery normally takes between 5-7 business days from the time of order but can vary depending on the final destination. We ship to the United States and other countries. All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS. For faster delivery, orders can be shipped Overnight or 2-Day Air for an extra charge. For larger orders, we will ship best way or via common freight carrier. Freight charges are based on the weight of the packages for shipments and international freight charges are based on weight and size.
Returns
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges unless merchandise is found defective. Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Approved returns will be issued credit for future purchase only. We do not send checks. Absolutely no returns without prior written authorization. For any shipment sent back to Milili.com for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed. This decision is determined by Milili.com on an individual basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
